Owner/ Lead Accountant

Melody Level, President and Owner of MLE Enterprises and Business Solutions LLC. This company was created in March 2008, it was created because of her love and passion for accounting and organization and getting people organized.

MLE Enterprises and Business Solutions LLC is mainly focused in helping small business and business owners getting them organized, In 2008 Melody saw a need to help Small Businesses become organized after years of working in Corporate America and holding various accounting positions, Melody decided to leave Corporate America and open her own Business. Currently she brings to you over 25 plus years of Accounting and Business Organization Experience, Holding various certifications in Auditing, Multi-state, Small Business Management. Melody is also a Registered Tax Return Preparer (RTPS) and a member of the Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP) which is recognized and provided by the Internal Revenue Services (IRS), and a member of the National Society of Accountants. In 2020, After 15 years of working with H&R Block, Melody retired, and during her time with H&R Block, she held several positions ranging from Office Manager, District Support Lead, Instructor and Facilitator of the Basic Income Tax Training Course and other Upper Level Tax Courses and Yearly Continuing Education requirements for tax knowledge and tax theory.

Melody brings a wealth of Accounting Experience and knowledge as she is skilled in various Accounting software to include QuickBooks, Peachtree, Blockworks, Taxworks, ATX, Yardi, Textura, and Procore.

Having the love and passion for Accounting and Business Organization has made her an asset to successful business owners and MLE Enterprises and Business Solutions LLC to having a thriving future and continued growth.

Karen Reese

MLE Business Partner/Founder of KOAR Fast Tax

Karen Reese was born and raised in Morrilton, Arkansas. In 1985, after graduating high school, she attended the University of Central Arkansas, majoring in Business. While working as a waitress at Shoney Restaurant, one of her favorite customers who was a CPA, gave her a job to working during tax seasons and that was the first seed planted for her interest in taxes.

She moved to California in 1989 where she met her husband Wendell “Pete” Reese and they’ve been married for over 25 years. She has 4 kids and 1 granddaughter. Every year she would do her and her family’s taxes using Turbo Tax. Then one day she decided to go to school at H & R Block and worked for them for approximately 3 years.

Her Mission is to offer affordable tax services for minority and under-serviced communities. KOAR Fast Tax is a professional company providing services to small business owners in the DFW metropolitan area. With 14 years of experience in taxes, we can assist you with your most basic or complex needs. Taxes and tax laws are complicated by nature and therefore can be very stressful.

Our business is built around helping taxpayers deal with taxation by assisting them in preparing, filing, managing their taxes, and enhancing their understanding of the tax laws. Our goal is to be available 365 days a year trying to service our customers.
